Try this Cosmo with
Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
.5 oz Cointreau
.75 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
.5 oz raspberry syrup *(homemade)
Raspberry syrup: equal parts water, sugar, raspberries brought to a boil, cooled, and strained.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake until well mixed and chilled. Then strain into a Coupe Glass!
